Hello,
I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.
I just purchased HP ProBook 450 G5 (Kaby Lake R Intel Core i5-8250U 1.6/3.4 GHz, 15.6" (39.62 cm) Full HD Anti-Glare Display & GF 930MX 2GB, (HDMI), 16GB DDR4, 1TB HDD & 500GB SSD , 1x USB 3.1 Type-C, Free DOS).
According to the specifications on the shop's website, the model had backlit keyboard.
However, it turned out there is no backlight. So I called the shop, they confirmed it and agreed on me returning the laptop tomorrow.
It seems there are no ProBook 450 G5's with backlit keyboard here (Sofia, Bulgaria) at all.
Is it possible to order the configuration listed above (or similar) with backlit keyboard directly from HP here? And if yes - how?
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Petar

HP Probook 450 G5 is a series of MANY different models/products with MANY different options/configurations. Some models have backlit keyboard, some don't as mentioned on their specs:
Full-sized, chiclet keyboard with numeric keypad, spill-resistant keyboard (backlit or not backlit)
If you wish to buy a model with backlit keyboard, you have to ask the shop.
Regards.

I also had the question today.
I also got the Backlit Screen wrong for Backlight Keyboard.
One would asume that for a "Probook" the keyboard would also be Professional 🙂
