ProBook 470 G5 Backlight issue

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit) Pro

BIOS version : HP Q85 ver.01.03.00

SMBIOS version : 3.1

BaseBoard Version : KBC Version 02.2D.00

I bought this laptop thru Amazon.com about a week ago

I have the following queries/concern and need direction. 

1. Does this model has Keyboard backlight ?
2. Fn key with F5 is not working and there is no key with backlight picture
3. Also, Fn key F3 and F4 are not working to decrease or increase display brightness. However Fn key is working to increase/decrease volume
4. HP software framework is not installed on this system. Is this a reason for backlight issue.

 How do I go about fixing these issues ?

Does it have this key???  "F5  or  F11"

Your manual says your model can have a backlit keyboard.

Thanks for the attention. I just heard from IST computer ( the OEM for the laptop HP ProBook 470 G5) that keyboard backlit is not supported on this model.  Disappointing and thoughtless design for a black keyboard with no backlit.  It can't be used on low-light areas.

Does  F5  or  F11  have this    on the top of the key??????

If it does not, then you do not have a Backlit keyboard.

But you can purchase a backlit keyboard and install it.

But first please install this.
