Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

2 buttons on my keyboard are not working, the 0 of the numeric keyboard and the right arrow button.

I tried to get a new keyboard, but the repair shop said, no longer available. So i tried several actions.

One action was to start a linux live version from an stick - and the both buttons did wort!

I tried to downgrade the bios to a .27 version, booted windows and immediate got a HP keyboard driver offered. After installation all keys worked fine - until

- next boot. The bios was updated by win and the error was there again. I retried the procedure without succes..

Any ideas out there?

Alexander
