Recently when i click on safe to remove usb button on my task bar i have this message. I have close all program but still can not eject it. I have close window explorer and even update my usb driver in device manager and this still happen. I have try to use unlocker app but it can not find anything that lock my hard drive. All i can do if this happen is shut down my pc. Pls help me. My laptop model is HP ENVY Notebook 15t AE100 ENGERY STAR.

I see that you are experiencing issues removing the USB device from the notebook.  At times you may notice that the Eject window does not appear even after you click on the icon of the device to be removed or ejected. If you try and open “Devices and Printers” in the Control Panel, that will fail to open as well. What do you do in such situations, where the Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media is not working, or the icon is missing? Try this solution,I would suggest that you visit the link below and follow the information provided to fix the issue.

I go to device and printers and select troubleshoot and it found the problem that my hard drive had stopped working and fix it. So why my drive is stop working?
