Hello! I need help finding the product number for fan N* 13 in this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-15-eg0000/35719379/model/35719380/documen... because with the part number indicated in the list it gives me the one-fan-only option that I already have, which is N* 15 instead.

Also I'd like to know if it's compatible with my laptop, so I can change the one I have (the one-fan only option).

I tried asking in the support chat, but they just sent me a link to find nearby shops for repair. (I want to repair it myself- if compatible)

I hope it's understandable. Thank you!

What is the configuration of your notebook?  (processor and  graphics solution)

 

Your notebook  is a configure to order version.

 

Since you are asking for item 13, does that mean your notebook does not have a discrete graphics solution and uses the graphics on the processor chip solution instead?

 

Here is a search with online vendors for the fan assembly
