I have a victus 16 r0043ne with a rtx 4060 and an i7 13700h , when I'm playing games on hybrid mode (which uses both igpu and dgpu) and click on windows key or alt-tab the game crashes instantly for no reason , however when I tried discrete mode ( in the omen gaming hub)  which only uses the dgpu the problem got solved but I'm wondering if my igpu is not working normally or are there any hardware problems in my laptop .( i  am on win 11 pro)

If a game crashes when using the iGPU, but runs without issue while using the discrete GPU, that should lead you to understand that the iGPU isn't capable of running the game without crashes or other issues.

 

That is normal and is why the discrete GPU is there.
