@Lindsieeee123 -- I cannot see the image -- it may require intervention by the forum's moderator to "approve" the posting of the image, because "Not Suitable For Work" images, as posted by spammers, are blocked.
Is the message something about "SMART detects imminent disk-drive failure" ?
Can you post the text from the message?

@Lindsieeee123 -- I can now see the image. There is a fan inside the laptop, to pull heated (by the CPU) air away from the CPU, and to push the heated air out of the exhaust vents in your computer.
So, if your computer is less than one month old, take it back to the store that sold it to you, and get them to exchange it.
If your computer is less than one year old, exercise the HP Warranty to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.
Otherwise, pay a local computer technician to disassemble, purchase and replace the "dead" fan, reassemble, and test.
Excessive heat can destroy the insides of your laptop. That would be bad. Do not procrastinate in getting it fixed.

@Lindsieeee123 -- I intend to procrastinate to fix my computer
I hope that the ongoing "overheating" issue does not damage your computer.
Instead of delaying, I recommend that you take it to a local computer store that offers "same-day-service", if you can be without your computer for 6 to 8 hours, and pay to get it fixed.
