My PC's battery was degrading severly for past 2 days and then when i used to put my laptop back on charger it used to get charge at the rate 1% per hour. I ran a hardware test for laptop's battery and it now shows error code 619(blown fuse).I don't know what to do at this point of time.

You need to replace the battery with a new one.
Your battery's part number is L97300-005 (battery description: 3-cell, 41Wh, 3.72Ah, LI, HW03041XL-PL).
You can do a search on vendors by the battery part number for compatible replacement batteries. If you are in the U.S., check Amazon and eBay.
The service manual shows how to replace the battery on pages 36-37.
