Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have followed the discussion with HP-owners with the same Win 10 problem to update as me.

Who can help me which IRST Intel driver I must download and install to get rid of the problem?

My Product# is 2GG02EA#UUW

I have also noticed that I probably have to rename iaStorA.sys

Hi:

Your PC has a M.2 SSD, so it doesn't need the IRST driver.

To update to the latest version of W10 (1903)...

Go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers, find the iaStorA.sys driver and rename it to iaStorA_old.sys

Then you should be able to update to W10 v1903
