I purchased a new computer with a CarePack in 2017. CarePack is SKU:U7C97A

At the time that I purchased the CarePack, the services included on-site repair.

Now my clickpad is failing, and I want to avail myself of the on-site repair rather than send the computer away for a month,

BUT NOW HP is telling me that the carepack does not include on-site support - even though I have already had on-site service once.

Has anyone else had this problem; if so, how was it resolved?

TIA

Your product:

HP 3 yr w/Accidental Damage and Theft Protection - U7C97A

The "medium" print does state there are limitations and restrictions.  ?

Please contact Care Pack Services, ask to speak with a Care Pack reprentative who can help determine the exact contract details for your device.
