Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Spectre x360 15-ch004n and on the underneath of the laptop are two rubber strips. They have both detached themselves from the base and have left a sticky residue on the base of the laptop. I need to get this resolved asap.  The laptop Product Number is 3DL06EA and is still under warranty with the HP Care Pack. Thanks in anticipation

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hi Krazy Toad, I did contact support, they logged my problem and raised a ticket. I received a replacement "rubber foot" today, unfortunately it was the wrong size, and I need 2 not 1. I have got back in touch with support, using WhatsApp, after waiting for 5 hours, still no news on the new order.

Did you contact HP Support thorough WhatsApp the first time? If you have already raised the concerns one more time with HP Support they will do the needful to ship you the correct Rubber Feet
