As far as I can tell, only SATA 2.5" SSD products are compatible with your laptop.
There is no mention of M.2 SSD compatibility in the Maintenance & Service guide.

Where did you put the correct Product name and Product ID?

YOur laptop is compatible with PCIe Gen4 NVMNe 2280 M.2 SSD products.
Are you certain that you have it completely plugged into the slot?

My laptop have 2 PCIe, both of them have Gen4?
The problem is my notebook (Task Managener) identifies correctly the SSD "Samsung 970 EVO Pro" but the App "Samsung Magician" identifies it as "Samsung 970".
As researched on the internet, this problem is caused by the controller of "Intel RST" (Intel Rapid Storage Technology) that is installed by default on the HP notebook.

That is something you will have to take up with Samsung support.
We are not here to support Samsung's support software.
Not all of Samsung's SSD products work with the Samsung Magician.
