To summarize the laptop had 4GB of RAM and I thought I will buy 8 more since it is supported the ram arrives I install it and it gives me an error (3 long 2 short) I check the problem and it turns out to be a problem with the ram so I open it again I remove the 8GB module and install the 4GB and still with the same problem, Any idea how to fix it, the model is a HP Pavilion x360 14-dh0011la
