Hello.
I have an HP Pavilion Notebook (Laptop- Q2HUK9M3).
Yesterday, while charging, it started making a strange sound, like a crackling sound.
I quickly disconnected the power supply, did a diagnostic test and the following message was displayed:
Blown fuse (42), Logical state: weak (30)
Fault ID: MCXQ9S-84KC8W-MFPX7G-C0CS03
Please tell me what this message means, is the problem with the power supply or the battery in the computer?
