HP Omen 15-dc0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have a problem with my laptop fans. Their speed is not high enough and the system won't increase it. Speed is changing, but after reaching certain level it won't go higher even if the laptop on the verge of overheating, it just shuts down. As a result processor overheats all the time, and I'm afraid that it will make no good for the hardware.

I tried to use different soft such as Speedfan, Fan control, MSI afterburn, but it seems that they have no access to fan control, because I couldn't use any of their fan speed control features.

I tried different system settings, nothing changed.

I tried to change BIOS settings, but it's very limited and there are no such settings. I tried to update it using HP support web-site recomendation, it made no difference (I might did something wrong).

The only thing, that was helping for some time, was Omen Command Centre, but after it updated, it doesn't have fan speed control option anymore.

I tried to find solution in the internet, but I didn't find anything useful, apart from that software which doesn't help.

I hope that someone can help me to solve this annoying problem. Thank you in advance, best regards.
