Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn't work with this problems: Image is jumping and went, Internal Microphone can't record my voice, and the power socket can't work correct and charge the battery. How do I repair it? Where is the address and phone number of service center or repair center of your agent in Dubai?
