Hi 

 

I have hp care with accidental coverage. My screen broke and I’ve been trying to get in touch with hp to figure out how I can get help. I was on hold for 2 hours and then the automatic system hung up on me. It’s extremely frustrating and annoying. I need it for work and this is really a problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display on the computer is broken and you are trying to contact support to get the laptop repaired.

 

The reason you are unable to get in touch with the support is may be due to the COVID-19 situation. I recommend you try contacting the support again and check whether you are able to get through.

 

In case if you are still facing the issue, please let me and I will escalate your case to the concerned team in your region.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
