Hi there,
For some times now I have a huge issue with my pavilion 15 gaming. Sometimes when I turn on the laptop all you see is a black screen but you can tell it's turned on because of the backlight of the keybord. I have to manually turn off/on multiple times to be able to use it. Another thing is sometimes the pc turn on correctly but once you touch it (I mean physically) it freezes and you can see parasites on the screen when you touch it, that's why I think it's a hardware problem. My question is : is it possible that it is just a connector (or else) that is not tightened and that moves ? because when it doesn't do it all the time and when he doesn't it works perfectly. Can you help me ?

The way to diagnose whether it is a loose cable to the display panel or a bad video card or display panel itself is to connect an external monitor and see if the problems show up on it. You can also run a full hardware diagnostic test and see if an error returns on the video card. It might be a loose connection to the screen but this is pretty rare. From the description I am going to say it is most likely a video card/motherboard issue but before we make that diagnosis it would be better to do some testing.
