I am having issues with my hard drive and I can't get on my laptop for some reason and I am trying to get it fixed and nothing is working, is there any other way I can get it to work?
It lt's description is Hard Drive 1
Failure id: 93780J-7B68RH-MFPV7F-60B803
I need some ideas or at least something I can do to get my laptop to running again.

Where can I go to replace the Hard Drive and will I still have my apps when I get a Replaced Hard Drive or will I lose them?
Is there anyway I can backup my stuff to where I don't lose them to when I get a replacement for my hard drive?

There are lots of ways to back up but that horse has left the barn this time. You can likely recover data off the old drive but when it is bad it can no longer be cloned to save apps. That is why we back up because a crashed hard drive with no backup is a minor disaster to be avoided. Most people do not back up, however.
