Product: OMEN by HP - 15-dc0092nu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello
I have OMEN 15-dc0092nu and a dell wd19 docking station.
The problem is that the laptop does not recognize the docking station.
Docking station is working fine with my dell laptop.
USB-C port on my Omen laptop is working, when I connect my phone everything is OK.
According to the user manual this laptop support docking stations - the USB port has thunder symbol.
But in the end omen laptop does not receive power by docking station. The battery icon on windows 11 is not change to connected. And usb ports on docking station are not active.
Do I need to install drivers for wd19?
Or any other suggestions?
Best regards
