Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot update my computer. When I am about to install the update a message pops up. It says: ''It cannot run Windows 10 on this computer''
''Read below if you want to know why''
''Contact the computersupplier and see if you can upgrade the systems BIOS''

The content in the picture is written in swedish. Update problem.png

Try updating the system BIOS and see if it helps:

Hi! Thanks for the respond and sorry for my late comeback but since i was on vacation and my laptop was left home, I couldn´t try to fix the problem until I came back home. The solution was to restore and update the BIOS but thanks anyway, appriciate a lot!
