iHola, quería saber qué puedo hacer en el caso de que la batería del portátil dura muy poco, hablé con un ejecutivo y me dio unos pasos para calibrar la batería, hice todo al pie de la letra, pero luego de la carga de mi equipo, esta al 100% y baja a 94% de golpe, tendré que hacer cobro de la garantía en ese caso?
