Problemas con el cargador de batería

Hola, tengo un portátil HP Victus 16 número del producto: 836P6EA#ABE. Tengo problemas con el cargador de batería, a veces cuando arranco el portátil no lo detecta, Siempre que está apagado lo detecta y carga correctamente. Y cuando arranco el portátil deja de detectarlo. Y necesito reiniciar y desconectar el cargador varias veces para que lo detecte encendido. Los drivers están actualizados e incluso he probado a reinstalar la BIOS. Pero no consigo una solución duradera. El cargador de batería es el original TPN-LA10 de 230W

Hi, I have a HP Victus 16 laptop product number: 836P6EA#ABE. I am having problems with the battery charger, sometimes when it boots the laptop it does not detect it. Whenever it is off it detects it and charges correctly. And when the laptop starts it stops detecting it. And I need to reboot and disconnect the charger several times to detect it on.

The drivers are updated and even tried reinstalling the BIOS. But I can't get a lasting solution.

The battery charger is the original TPN-LA10 230W.
