HP DeskJet 3762 All-in-One Printer

Hi:

NVMe SSD's are not supported in the 14s-fq0xxx notebooks that come with the 64 GB eMMC drives.

You can only install a SATA M.2 SSD

Something like this:

Western Digital WD Green Interna SSD M.2 SATA, Verde, 480 GB : Amazon.it: Informatica

Hi:

There is nothing to stop a M.2 SATA SSD from fitting in your notebook's M.2 slot.

The one notch goes where the existing key in the slot is and the other notch simply does not make contact with the pins on the other side of the M.2 slot.

Every HP notebook and desktop PC that I am aware of have an M.2 slot that looks like it would support a NVMe SSD.

However, that is not always the case.

Some slots support NVMe only, some support SATA only, and some support both.

If your notebook had not come with one of those eMMC drives, the NVMe SSD would have worked fine.

I don't know why that is, but the only M.2 drive that will work in your notebook is a SATA type.

That I know for a fact.
