Product: HP ProBook 465 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (901H6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Recently (with the last week) this laptop received a BIOS update. No problems except while running a browser game from MSN Games, I experienced a BSOD and the system auto-restarted. I didn't think anything of it until 2-3 hours later (running a different game from MSN Games) the same thing happened. I checked the event log and found: "Error - HAP AcpGetSapoParameterValue fail with status (0xC0000001)". I queried copilot and it was suggested to be a driver or BIOS problem.
My enquiry is "Is anybody else experiencing similar?" and "should I revert to the previous BIOS (assuming that is feasible)
