I bought an HP Spectre X360 15" 2-in-1 a few months ago, and have been struggling to identify the correct model so that I can install updated drivers and BIOS. Windows WMI identifies the device thusly:
HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
HP Support Assistant identifies the device as:
HP Spectre X360 15-bl112dx
Z4Z38UA#ABA
and has a system board identified as such:
827F 95.10
According to the drivers page, F75 is the latest BIOS revision. However when I download the latest BIOS package, it refuses to install saying "Update blocked on this device." To get around this, I manually created an "HP_TOOLS" partition and extracted the files from the downloaded installer. The UEFI utility can 'see' the BIOS files - but there are four of them. Since I don't know which one is appropriate for my model, I don't want to flash it with the wrong BIOS.
HP Support Assistant also reports that my BIOS is the 'latest'. However my BIOS is version F30 dated 2018, F75 is listed as the latest on the support page, and there have been many crucial security issues in the intervening time frame.
Also the Spectre came with a bundled HP carrying case and Bamboo stylus. However as far as I can tell there is no Wacom digitizer attached to the screen. I'm not really sure what happened with this model.
Please explain how I can update my BIOS and get current drivers for my machine.
Thanks...

Did you purchase a new, old stock laptop?
Your laptop is designed to be used with Windows 10 as the operating system.
HP has not provided any Windows drivers and is unlikely to change that decision.
You may be able to find Windows 11 drivers for some of the devices at the Windows update catalog for Windows 11.
Use the name of the device in the search box.

I thank you are out of luck with the BIOS update, unless the HP Support Assistant provides it.
The touchscreen driver is provided by the Windows OS.
HP has never provided a touchscreen driver for any of its laptops.
You might consider performing a clean install of Windows 10, unless otherwise everything else operates as expected.
