Hi all, i have a question. I have a HP Pavilion 14-ce0820nd and it acts very strange sometimes. Sometimes it does not turn on when I press the power button, the button does flash, but it only turns on when I tap the bottom of the laptop.
Also, out of nowhere a black image or green image (see photo) appears on the screen as if it is going to crash and then it reboots.
What could be causing this and how can I find the cause?

That has all the earmarks of bad video memory or simply a defective motherboard. If you can do it you might try tapping esc as you power up then F2 for diagnostics and run all the diagnostic tests to see if you get any error codes. It could also just be a bad stick of RAM or a bad storage device which would be much better news.
