Hello,
I am having a real nightmare trying to update windows 10. My PC has a low storage capacity of 30gb but it is saying that 27gb is being used, even though I have deleted all of my files, photos, music etc. The laptop is a shell and I only use chrome, dont even have office installed. I have tried removing files but the storage never comes down - in fact it seems to go up. As a last resort I decided to reset my pc but I cant even do this as I need 4.5gb free space. I have contacted microsoft but they say it is a hard drive issue needing to be fixed my HP.
I am hoping somebody may be able to help as I cant download anything or use the laptop until this is fixed.
Many thanks in advance
Danielle

As is not unusual, Microsoft gave you false information -- there is nothing wrong with your hard drive -- it is just very small.
