Hello
I was wondering if you'd help please. Since I started using the USB-C port, it hasn't worked properly. I have a D-Link hub connected to it and after the laptop goes to sleep, the port doesn't seem to be working. Pressing the power button for 30s does restore its functionality, but this is not the way forward to be constantly pressing the power button.
I've upgraded the BIOS to F.16 and also UEFI Test to the latest version (8.5, I think). I've also unticked the power management mode in the Device Manager, but clearly it makes no difference.
The UEFI test returns the following ID (failure): 930EWW-A7NB07-GXGG2J-8D0F03.
Thank you for your help and time.
Kind regards

Are you performing the Hardware Diagnostic test with the dock connected or disconnected?
Have you tried using the USB type-C port with another device, for example, a USB type-C flash drive, to verify that it works or not?
