HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a laptop and they gave me The Creativity Collection 2 program, to register they gave me this link:
https://redeem.clikealo.com/creativity
When I fill in the fields with my personal data and click on Continue, the page sends me a message that my email does not exist.
I need help with this issue and how can I fix it so I can get my activation code.
