Hello everyone, I have a question regarding my laptop. Lately it has been overheating, powering off and the fan going at max speed. Two days ago it did it again , but this time it refused to turn on, even tried removing the battery and plugging it back in didn't work. Usually when it did overheat, I took the ac and the battery out, plugged back in and it powered on, but now from the last time it did that, it did not want in any way to turn back on, only flashing orange 9 times at the power plug and turns right off again,  any ideeas why? Thanks in advance!

Hello Mihaaau, how are you ?

Let's do the following procedure to try to reconnect.

1 - Remove the ac adapter from the equipment
2 - Hold the power on/off button for 1 minute
3 - Replace the ac adapter and leave it connected and charging for 10 minutes
4 - Try calling and see if he comes back.

If the failure persists, I recommend that you request technical assistance for the equipment.
