Hello everyone! After updating the BIOS of the laptop, problems with the processor frequencies began, at full load the frequency does not rise above 400 MHz, the laptop has become noticeably slower than before, the startup time has increased from 5-10 seconds to 1 minute (30 seconds are spent initializing the BIOS and another 30 seconds loading the system itself) everything loads slowly, with wild brakes, the interface also freezes. Having studied the issue, the processor does not give out more than 5.8 watts even at the highest load, in Throttlestop with high performance mode the processor gives out power of about 5.8 watts, in balanced and even less, about 3-4 watts. What to do in this situation?? It is impossible to use the laptop for something more demanding than just looking at a white screen. I tried to roll back BIOS versions, updated to the latest version together with Intel ME, nothing helps, the laptop works at a frequency of a stone (400 MHz)
