Hi,

Please check the following specs. The option is for 14" and 15" machines. I believe we can use M.2 SSD for 17" machines too but you need to check the BIOS.

Good luck

Hi!

I have a related question and decided to continue the thread.

The manual at the link  has provided says "120 GB M.2 Solid State Drive (440 G2 and 450 G2 only)".

Meanwhile a user here reports there's a port reminiscet of m.2 and I too confirm it really is there.

Hence my questions:

1. Does Probook 470 g2 (in particular G6W58EA#ACB) support M.2 SSD and how to check it$

2. What make and model of SSD would be recommended to be compatible for sure, given that so many threads are about SSDs not working.

Im currently considering buying an m.2 SSD for my Probook 470g2 and would greatly appreciate if you could advice on this.

Thanks!
