Hi,

Try to Power reset the notebook. Here is link to HP support page showing how to do that.

Are you sure the ac adaoter is working.When you hit the power button what happens?

Where is the blinking white light, is it a cycle (a code).

No hard reset didn't work.

It is blinking beneath charging symbol
