I have a Probook 6570b and I want to upgrade the RAM.
Motherbooard: Hewlett-Packard 17AB (U3E1)

CPU: Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz

I was thinking of adding this Corsair RAM. Will it be ok?
Corsair CMSO16GX3M2C1600C11 Value Select 16GB (2x8GB) 1600Mhz DDR3 CL11 SODIMM

Or maybe this one?

HyperX HX318LS11IBK2/16 Impact Black 16GB (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3L CL11 SODIMM

The specified memory is DDR3-1600 which is 1.5 volts but the 1.35 volt DDR3L variety will work, too. Maximum 2 x 8 = 16 gigs. The Corsair is a better choice than the HyperX since you can't make good use of the 1866 speed of the HyperX. I actually recommend more generic OEM type memory like Samsung or Hynix:

Thank you both for your answers.

One last thing.
I  run CPU-Z. Stats shown in pictures below.
My current memory is 4 GB 800Mhz or 4 GB 1600Mhz?
