Product: Probook 6570b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a Power Add Pilot Pro 2 external powerbank to charge my Probook 6570b while using in field.  The charge light flashes briefly when I first plug powerbank in but the Probook does not recognize or charge.

Actually they have very little compatible models from HP in their list and definitely don't have your model in it:
