Hello everyone, i have an HP G10 ProBook 440 with an i7 1355u and 16GB 3200MHz Dual Channel memory. My laptop crashes when running on AC Power adapter connected when it is under IGPU /CPU load but when you are running it just on battery with the same IGPU/CPU load it just works fine.

I have been using intel diagnostic tool to replicate the error encountered from the crashes, the computer crashes when running intel diagnostic tool on ac power adapter but on battery it is fine. The temp i recorded using Temp  application was under 85 degree when it crashes. 

The bios, the drivers , the operating system is up to date. I even tried it on Ubuntu it still crashes. In Ubuntu at some instances the computer programs continue running like music but the screen , mouse and keyboard will be non operational.

I experience the same crashes on windows 11, 10 and Ubunutu .

The common error code of BSOD produced from the crashes are Hypervisor and Kernel Trap.
