Hello, 

I'm trying to update the firmware (not driver for this monitor).

I've downloaded the firmware and have unzipped it to my hard drive. 

When I run the firmware update, I receive an error about the cables not being properly set up. 

Message is: Please attach a USB cable from the HP HP Z27k G3 to your system and try again. 

 

Problem: I have no idea where to plug the cable into the monitor and into my computer. 

The firmware package doesn't include instructions either. 

Nothing in the support portal. 

Any ideas?
