Is it possible to upgrade a better processor in my HP 15-dy1071wm?

I recently installed  a new nvme ssd and 2x8 gb ram for more productivity and gaming. If the processor in the laptop is not upgradable then I need help on how to use the Intel® Turbo Boost Technology to increase the frequency of the processor that I read in the product specifications.

Hi:

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

The service manual linked on your notebook's support page is for the older models with the 8th gen core processors.

In any event, upgrading the motherboard to upgrade the processor would cost more than you paid for your notebook, assuming the part was even available for sale.

Turbo-boost technology...normally dynamic.  In other words, the PC automatically changes the processor frequency based on the demand placed on the processor.

You can also check your notebook's BIOS to see if there are any turbo boost settings, but I highly doubt it.
