Your laptop is fitted with the exact motherboard as your specs indicated (HP PAVILION 15-N 15T-N SERIES INTEL CORE I3-3217U LAPTOP MOTHERBOARD p/n: 737982-001).
That means that if you want to upgrade, you'll have to swap motherboards as I indicated in my previous message. Please note, even though your HM76 Express Chipset compatible processor listing is correct, your laptop/motherboard was fitted with the "U" series 17 watt TDP CPUs. Most of the other processors in your list have TDPs of 35 watts. This probably will not be an issue, but the point is I could not find any HP Pavilion 15-n motherboards fitted with any of the "M" or "QM" processors anyway.
I already listed the only two faster motherboard options available to you I could locate.
As I mentioned in my previous message, please be informed that if you 'swap' non-identical motherboards, you will have to get a new Windows license because such a motherboard swap would not be considered a straight (same model) motherboard replacement.
Hope this helps.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion 15-n201se Notebook PC (F9F97EA) according to HP Pavilion 15-n201se Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support is fitted with an Intel Core i3-3217U (1.80 GHz -no turbo max) -please check.
However, as far as I am able to ascertain, this processor is part of your motherboard -it is soldered on.
My research indicated that the fastest ("U"-series 17 watt TDP) processor compatible with your notebook and HM76 Express chipset would be the Intel Core i7-3687U (2.10 GHz with turbo max at 3.30 GHz), but I was unable to find an HP Pavilion 15-N motherboard fitted with this processor.
Reference: CPU-Upgrade: Intel HM76 Express chipset processor support
Here are two replacement motherboards I could locate fitted with faster processors:
HP Pavilion 15-N INTEL CORE I5-4200U GEFORCE GT740M Motherboard, p/n: 736377-001, which can be found here starting at $104: hp 736377-001: Search Result | eBay
HP Pavilion 15-N INTEL CORE I7-4500U GEFORCE GT740M Motherboard, p/n: 737986-501, which can be found here starting at $149: hp 737986-501: Search Result | eBay
Please be informed that if you 'swap' non-identical motherboards, you will have to get a new Windows license because such a motherboard swap would not be considered a straight (same model) motherboard replacement.
If you don't mind, please type "System Information" in your Windows search bar and locate your System Board/BaseBoard Product number plus your Processor and let me know what it is.

As of my research the HM76 Express Chipset will supports these Products:
So i planned to Upgrade Processor but it seems to be soldered with the board.
Please let me know if i replace the different board, will this work fine or i need to update anything like bios or some other components.
The System information is given below, the base board is seems to be 2186, Version 35.07.

Please provide a list of compatible boards instead of HP Motherboard 2186.
