I'd like to know if i can upgrade my processor from a intel core i3-6100u to a intel core i7-6600u?

Sorry no, you have to buy new motherboard with CPU and the max you can get:

 

System board part number 827824-601 Equipped with an Intel Core i5-6200U 2.30-GHz (SC turbo up to 2.80-GHz) processor (1600-MHz FSB, 3.00-MB L3 cache, dual core, 15-W [dynamic PL1 to 8.5-W]), a solid-state drive slot, and the Windows 10 or Windows 8 Professional operating system.
