So I just got back my laptop from a laptop specialist store where i carried my laptop to clean it out.
I think they did something else too because since when i turn on the laptop the processor is at 97 celsius in idle, and the fans are max speed but it doesnt cool it down. So now Im afraid to turn on.
I uave garantee on the laptop, what can i do with this problem?

Install this.
Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver (Windows 10 v1803)
Reboot.
Then install this.
HP Firmware Pack (Intel Processors)
Reboot.

I did it and doesnt help at all. And the laptop is so slow and has weird noises. I think this will be a hardware problem, and if its a hardware problem i dont know what will I do. I just bought the laptop 1.5 months ago..
