Nope...any laptop made in the last 5 years has the cpu soldred to the motherboard and not upgradeable

will the mothboards interchange in a zbook 15 g3? and is the xeon 11 compatible.

I actually have a Zbook 15 G3. Yes you could swap in a Xeon motherboard but you would need different memory and heatsink and it would wind up being very expensive.
