I can't find out any information about the system processor. When I visit the About page in system settings, the Processor field is empty.

According to the product specs for your notebook it has an Intel Core i3-5010U processor.

Why it is not listed where you are looking, that I do not know.
If the notebook is working fine, I would not be overly concerned about it.
You can install an updated chipset driver and see if that helps.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
