Recently HP changed my Laptop Motherboard, Since than it is working slow, I thought it is a driver issue, I made a Clean system format, Downloaded all the drivers by HP support Assistant, Everything is up to Date, I noticed there is a lag while opening applications, YouTube videos are not running smoothly, I checked the bios it is Insyde F. 19, I tried to upgrade the Bios from HP website but it said " Unsupported", CPU clock speed not going over 400 Mhz, it made my system slow like a Dead Turtle, I am stuck and desperately looking for the solution, Help me please
