Product: Probook 440G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've using hp probook 440G1 since 2014. It has come with an intel corei5 4th gen processor. Recently I've thinking of upgrading the processor. Is it possible to upgrade it to any 5th or 6th gen over corei5?Will it support?

Hi:

 

Not it will not.

 

Not only that, but the Intel 5th and 6th gen core processors are all integral parts of the motherboard.

 

A lot of 4th gen processors are too.
