Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having trouble finding the exact name of the motherboard this device uses, and if it's possible for me to upgrade the processor. Does anyone have the model number for this series' motherboard, or had any success installing another processor?

Hi:

 

Your notebook's processor is an integral part of the motherboard, and the only way you can upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.
