I want to know which GEN is this? I tried all the ways, I only find it written

The Celeron N4000 is a lower-end processor and part of the Gemini Lake family and is Intel's third-generation low-power SoC made using the company's 14 nm manufacturing technology.
Often, laptops equipped with this SoC are not replaceable as it is directly soldered to the mainboard.

 

According to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06691790.pdf, there are HP Notebook - 15-da0003ns (3ZT43EA) versions which are fitted with 8th gen Intel processors:
