Pavilion 15-au007tx
Ubuntu LTS

I had bought this product online, and from the beginning, its hinges are problematic (the hinges between the Screen and the Keyboard), I had contacted HP Support at that time in 2018 about this problem, but they came and told me that it is not problematic, It will not cause any harm to my laptop, to be clear my screen was not able to close properly or symmetrically due to the hinge problem. So as per my local HP support people's suggestion, I closed the issue, but now the problem has increased after 2-2.5 years of the product, not I can see a crack close to the power button, and I am not able to close my screen properly, and also It has become a big headache as I am also not able to take my laptop anywhere as whenever I am trying to close the lid, the whole internal system attaching with the keyboard is detaching with it.

Here are some photos for reference:

I would like to ask the community that is there any way I could extend my warranty now and Can HP Support will replace my product? I have found some HP care packages on Amazon, Will those packages will help in my case?
