@Amirhaneef, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Product Information Not Valid Error!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP laptop is displaying a "Product Information Not Valid" message, it could be due to several reasons. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot this issue:

Verify the Serial Number:

  • Double-check the serial number you entered on the HP PartSurfer website. Make sure there are no typos or errors.
  • Ensure that you have entered the serial number correctly by checking the label on your laptop.

Visit HP Support Website:

  • Navigate to the HP Support website: HP Support.
  • Enter your product serial number in the search bar to see if you can retrieve information or support options for your laptop.

Check BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing the F10 key during startup).
  • Verify if the serial number is listed and correct in the BIOS settings. If it’s not visible or is incorrect, it may require professional assistance to update the BIOS information.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
